Ingredients
1 C. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
2 Eggs
4 Bananas
2 C. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter
Add eggs and bananas
Add the rest of the ingredients
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the bread tests done
Notes
How to test for “doneness"- lightly insert a fork or toothpick into the bread. If it comes out sticky and fluid, it is not done. If it comes out solid and with little pieces, it is good to go.
Keeping the Banana Bread Moist - Wrap in plastic wrap, aluminum foil and store in an air tight container. You may also store it in the refrigerator and it will last up to a week.
How to Freezer Banana Bread - Wrap in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil and store in your freezer for up to two months.
